How the Engagement Works

My fractional CLO engagements typically range from 10–20 hours per week on a monthly retainer. I blend strategic leadership (vision, roadmaps, governance) with targeted hands-on support for key initiatives where you need extra depth. In practice, I operate as part of your leadership team—with regular executive touchpoints, collaboration in Slack/Teams, and direct coaching and engagement with your key stakeholders.

What to Expect in the First 90 Days

In the first 30 days, I conduct a focused diagnostic of your current L&D function, onboarding, and learning technology to understand what’s working and what’s in the way. By day 60, you’ll have a clear 6–12 month L&D strategy and roadmap aligned to your business priorities. By day 90, we’ll have delivered a set of measurable quick-win improvements, often in onboarding, measurement, or program focus, demonstrating visible impact and building momentum for deeper transformation.
