My journey in Learning and Development began long before I stepped into the corporate world. I grew up watching my father, a professor of art, challenge his students to grow not just as artists, but as human beings. He believed that learning was meant to 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 at their core.
From him, I learned the value of diversity, inclusion, and the truth that we all have more in common than we think. That perspective shaped my philosophy that authentic learning should unlock people’s potential, not just transfer information.
